In their own words, The Social Value Exchange puts community needs at the heart of public tenders. Community projects are 'auctioned'—organisations competing for government tenders bid resources and can win the auction by offering the most, to get maximum tender points.

Site is a auction platform that is built to sustain heavy loads, be incredibly reliable, and with it's ever expanding feature set, it is primed to become a market leader in it's field.

It is specifically designed to give both certainty to house builders, who can be sure of their housing's popularity, whilst also granting security to the community and local authority that new building projects will tie in with local preferences and needs.
